DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASSES

DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASSES ARE HELD EVERY SATURDAY:

OUR PROGRAM, DRIVING SAFETY AWARENESS, QUALIFIES FOR:

a.     Traffic ticket dismissals

b.      Insurance discounts ( approximately 10% for 3 Years )

DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASS FEES:

a.     Our fee is $30.00

b.     We accept cash, check or credit card.

COMPLETION  CERTIFICATES:

a.    Completion certificates will be mailed to the address listed on your contract.

b.     It is your responsibility to return  all of the required paperwork to your court in a timely manner.

MOST COURTS REQUIRE:

a.     Completion certificate issued by course provider (our provider is Driving Safety Awareness, P.O. Box 671324, Dallas, Texas 75367-132

b.      A copy of your driving record from the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin ($10 fee required).

c.       Require a Fee ( If not previuosly paid )

d.       Some courts require a notarized affidavit that must be completed and submitted within a 5 day window, after the expiration of the court ordered 180 day deferred adjudication.

NOTE:

a.     Your completion certificate can take up to 15 days to process and be returned to you.

b.      All expedited completion certificates will be charged an additional fee of $25.

c.        The $25 fee is for EXPRESS MAIL and HANDLING CHARGES by DRIVING SAFETY AWARENESS, our course provider.
